Ordered on the Monday was here 8am Fri (would have been here Wed but just got the order in too late on the Monday). Service from Ikea (quotes etc ) was FANTASTIC (girl called Kirsty) and delivery man the most gorgeous Polish guy who carried everything into whatever room I wanted (pity it hadn't been carrying me into the... ahem back to reality!). Can't complain - if you still have contacts with Edinburgh store and are ever in tell them I think they are fab! Customers can place an order to IKEA Edinburgh as per Kaspars recomendation and we will pick the order for the customer, pay for the goods and then have the order ready for Kaspars to collect. Now that the service is running very smooth we are finding that together with many new customers there are some who have already had the service before which is proving that there are many satisfied customers of Kaspars.
